Shipping policy
Please note that at this time, we are unfortunately unable to offer shipping on our Shona Statues within Australia or outside of Australia.
While we wish we could ship our beautiful Shona Statues Australia wide - we're still trying to figure out some of the logistics due to the varying weight and shapes.
Until then though we have the following Pick up or Delivery options for Toowoomba and Surrounds/Brisbane/Sunshine Coast:
FREE PICK UP - TOOWOOMBA, QLD, 4350
Pick up is available from our small warehouse in Darling Heights, Toowoomba, 4350.
We'll send you an email within 2 business days to organise a time and a day, however if you'd also like to be notified via Facebook then please send us a message through our page along with your order number!
We ask that you pick up your Sculpture within 7 days of your order, although we do understand that life happens. Please note that not showing up or lack of communication after those 7 days - will result in having your order cancelled and your payment refunded to your original payment method.
Our current general availability is:
Monday to Friday... 9:30am - 12:30pm
Saturday... 9:30am - 6pm
Sunday... 9:30am - 6pm
(Please note this availability is subject to change, and delivery or pick up options will be unavailable on weekends that we are delivering to Brisbane/Sunshine Coast.)
FREE DELIVERY - 4350 POST CODES ONLY
Delivery is available for Toowoomba, 4350 Postcode ONLY.
If you are in the surrounding areas (Ie. 4352 and no more than 20mins outside of Toowoomba), then at our discretion we may provide delivery - however please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we have the availability to do so.

IMPORTANT: We do require yourself, or a nominated person to be there at the time of delivery so that we can ensure that your Sculpture is handed off smoothly.
If no one available at the time of delivery and no communication is received within 24hrs of the attempted delivery, will result in having your order cancelled and your payment refunded to your original payment method.

FREE DELIVERY - BRISBANE AND THE SUNSHINE COAST
Delivery will be available to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast ONE WEEKEND A MONTH. The weekend this falls on will vary per calendar month, so please keep an eye on our Facebook page and Website for these dates.
We'll send you an email within 2 business days to organise a delivery timeframe, however if you'd also like to be notified via Facebook then please send us a message through our page along with your order number!
IMPORTANT: We do require yourself, or a nominated person to be there at the time of delivery so that we can ensure that your Sculpture is handed off smoothly. We will also require a phone number for the Brisbane/Sunshine Coast deliveries to ensure we can communicate quickly and efficiently with you - if required.
If no one is available at the time of delivery and no communication is received - this will result in having your order cancelled and your payment refunded to your original payment method.
Unfortunately on these days, we will be travelling quite a bit so if you miss your delivery window then we are unable to return along with being unable to hold your item/s until the following month.
