RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
While we meticulously photograph and inspect each Shona Sculpture prior to pick up or delivery (you can refer to our shipping policy for more information), please note that these ARE hand-carved and made of natural stones.
This means that you may notice things such as natural blemishes or even a change of colour over time as they age, but that's just our incredible natural world working its magic!
We highly recommend reading our "Sculpture Care Instructions" page and the care information provided along with your order.
REFUNDS
A refund may be issued at our discretion, if there is a MAJOR problem with your Shona Sculpture that isn't a result from misuse or not caring for your sculpture as recommended (Ie. Storing a Soapstone Sculpture outside in the elements).
We have provided all information regarding our Shona Sculptures and their care via both our website and a care card when you receive your order. So please ensure you have read these documents prior to purchasing as we do not issue refunds for change of mind or misuse of product.
Contact us immediately if there are any issues or concerns, and if a refund is issued at our discretion then you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days AFTER you have returned the sculpture to us.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and received your returned item, then please contact us at surrenderingtostones@gmail.com.
Any items returned to us without contacting us prior and being approved for a refund, will not be eligible for a refund and it will be returned to the customer or held until collected.
